Silvopasture Raised Pork. Our pigs are raised in our maple forested land on locally produced feeds. These are a crossbreed of Mangalista and Idaho Pasture Pigs. Because of this they take 9-10 months to reach processing age, longer than your typical store bought pork (5 to 6 months). Our breed also carries a richer fat content and marbling than most breeds which means an incredible flavor.
